Open, Protective Pricing Policy

We want to be your trusted partner to protect the unique brand value of your product(s). At the same time, we are in a competitive online marketplace where instant online price comparisons are now the norm. It's up to you: If your pricing policies allow us to remain competitive price-wise with other sellers of your product, then we will differentiate ourselves by our service offering. We will comply with your pricing policies to ensure that your product value is not undercut! To be fair, we'd have to have some serious discussions if we are subjected to pricing restrictions that others do not follow.

How do we handle inventory logistics?

We would prefer to begin offering your product through a factory-direct drop-ship direct-to-customer model. We believe this keeps the overall cost down by minimizing product movement. Upon proven sales, we'll consider volume purchases to volume product purchases for distribution in our own facilities.

Our Objective: Keep goods moving as quickly as possible

As our name implies, we endeavor to keep orders and information going between customer and supplier and back as quickly as possible in order to ensure the fastest, most accurate information possible. This provides maximum customer confidence and satisfaction, generating trust, loyalty, and leading to future sales.

How do we do it?

Well, we try to stay out of the way and let the computers do most of the work. They're much faster and more accurate than we are! We use online automation as much as possible, including automatic pre-screening and dispatching of customer orders to suppliers, automatic supplier inventory or availability updates, automatic shipment tracking information back to customers.

This sounds complicated. Can we really do this?

All of this is done with a minimal of integration effort into your existing operations, utilizing resources you likely already have. The fastest and easiest way to get started is if you can provide us with a data spreadsheet of your product detail information, one item/product per line, and an image library or list of online image addresses. If you've outsourced maintenance of your product lists to a consultant, catalog company, web host, etc, just ask for the original files from your provider or designer. If you already have a product inventory system and/or web site, simply obtain a product export of whatever data you can. Don't cut corners: we can use as much information and as many images as you have to create the best presentation possible! Then provide us with email or fax destination where orders are accepted.

Product Inventory/Availability Publishing

You, as the supplier, know the most current information regarding your product availability. If possible, we ask that you keep online a current availability or inventory file. We can automatically read this file nightly and update our site product availability as quickly as possible, again without delays caused by our manual intervention. You can effectively keep published online your product availability virtually real-time, ensuring that our customers have the latest information possible. Suppliers can choose from publishing actual available inventory quantities or simply a Yes/No indicator for product availability. We can read from your hosted URL address, or we can provide you with a secure FTP location where you can quickly upload your file to a fixed location on a regular basis.

That's it!

Orders will be dispatched to you, then you fulfill and provide the tracking number. Orders are automatically pre-screened online by UPS for valid shipping address, and paid orders are automatically dispatched to you within minutes, thereby reducing the lead time to processing to almost 0:00. If you then ship on our UPS account using our order reference number, no other interaction or correspondence is needed. The customer will automatically be notified of their shipping information. Amazing! With this arrangement, ideal candidate orders will be processed automatically without any hands-on manual delays introduced by us, allowing most orders to be processed as fast as possible and allowing us to focus on any orders that need manual attention before processing. Other arrangements are possible too, so let's talk.

Ideal Product Data

The closest that you can come to providing a product data feed in the list below, the faster we can get going. In our system, every single purchasable item will have its own dedicated product page, and each item's descriptions, pictures, and attributes should ideally describe the item as a stand-alone product. This file can also serve as your inventory/availability product feed file. If you have every piece of information available for every item and images are available online, then we could literally be offering your products for sale within one day. Missing pieces that cause us to have to do more research to complete the product profile will add to the time. Add days or weeks if we have to manually associate products to image file names, depending on the number of products. Add months to the implementation time if we have to type all of the information ourselves.

Don't let this list intimidate you. This is a representation of the data that has brought us the most success. We can likely get going with less and build on it. We are selling on the Internet, and it is used by customers as an information resource, so the more information we can provide the better. Add related products for example, and you'll be instantly positioned for up-selling.
